Here's a quick and very welcome feature - I've alluded to it before (Drag 'n' Drop Portlets), but every Community Page and My Page has a set of context-sensitive one-click action links at the top. Remember how many links it used to take to create a new page? Now, if you have privileges, you can just click "Create Page", a new one's created for you and the browser redirects to that page. Then just click "Edit Page" to start populating it:

Remember, the links are context-sensitive, so if a community's mandatory, you shouldn't see the "Unsubscribe" link; if you're on a myPage and only have 1 page left the "Delete Page" link isn't there; if you're at the maximum number of pages in either place, there's no "Create Page" link, and so on.
One other thing to point out is that by default the "Create Page" link in communities uses the "blank" page template. But, if you have a particular community template that you'd like to use, you can just create your own tag somewhere (community header, for example), and specify which template ID you'd like to use.
