Function1 can help with Remote Support Services, where customers buy blocks of hours, and are able to call on an AquaLogic expert at any time to resolve any infrastructure issue. Taking this a step further, we also have a Hosted Monitoring offering, where we leverage our intimate product knowledge, best of breed monitoring product, and resident experts to deliver a comprehensive monitoring solution, where all aspects of the portal stack are monitored 24×7x365. If an error is detected, a Function1 expert will connect to the environment and resolve the exception without the need for consuming in-house resources.
