Function1 offers a comprehensive and growing product line that provides rapid ROI for WebCenter Interaction customers that are interested in delivering immediate value to end users and portal administrators. From rich email integration to comprehensive RSS support, WebCenter service monitoring and advanced security management tools, Function1 continues to develop product offerings for our clients based on real business needs. Product prices are typically less than the cost of bringing in a consultant for 2 weeks, and with ongoing maintenance, current customers are entitled to support and upgrades as they’re continually developed.

Function1 also offers a unique Co-funded Development model; we work with customers who are interested in new offerings for their user base, delivering the products at fixed cost and with free maintenance contracts. Whether it’s an existing product enhancement or entirely new offering, Function1 will develop the application and continue development for other clients even after the product has been delivered to the initial customer. This provides customers with an existing code base to more rapidly develop solutions by technology experts, plus a continuing stream of updates and bug fixes after the original engagement has been completed.

  • Watcher – remote agents that can be individually tailored to monitor criteria specific to the WebCenter Interaction component being watched, and comes with a set of preconfigured rules that have been hand-picked from over a decade of field experience.
  • Lockdown – a central place for users to quickly and easily modify the security settings on all portal objects, with advanced security propagation rules not seen before in an WebCenter Interaction portal environment.
  • Communicator – give employees the means to view and compose email, search and create new contacts, and view and schedule appointments, all from the secure convenience of their corporate portal.
  • Reader – expose an unlimited number of real-time RSS feeds to end users, with a variety of customization options and the ability to flag individual messages as “read”.
